

The brief:
To promote good mental health and well-being by encouraging people to take more time out for themselves.
The solution:
A 2020 well-being Calendar, designed to schedule in 'time out' with 52 scratch-out activities, one each week of the year.
Each week of the year has a different and seasonal activity, that can all be achieved without spending money (having a long bath, listening to a podcast, etc).
By scheduling 'time out' into a calendar, it encourages people to think of this time as essential... like it's part of their weekly routine.
The 21cm x 21cm square design means it is suitable for both desk and wall displays.
